For this Restaurant design project, I worked alongside a team to create an accessible, innovative Japanese and Finnish cuisine, fine dining restaurant, located in the heart of Toronto, Ontario.
Objective Of The Project:
Create a restaurant based on utilizing mushrooms in the Fibonacci sequence. Mushrooms are a popular dish throughout Japanese and Finnish cultures, therefore, attention to detail, lighting and form in aspect to the concept; a Forest of Mushrooms, speaks to the space with the neutral tones throughout, and flows into the menu and name; Mori Sieni, which translates to Forest of Mushrooms in Japanese.
